- Book by 31 August 2026. Travel by 22 December 2026. Black-out dates may apply based on flights and hotel availability.
- The package is valid on Qatar Airways Holidays and includes a Qatar Airways return flight departing from Doha to the Maldives in Business Class, combined with a minimum of 5‑night stay at Niyama Maldives for two adults travelling together.
- The offer is applicable for two adult passengers in the booking. Any additional guests including children cannot avail the discount, and additional surcharges will apply.
- The offer is based on return fare RBD (N) for Economy Class and return fare RBD (R) for Business Class, applicable during the travel period stated above on the specified route, irrespective of the availability of other booking classes.
- The offer is subject to airline availability and booking class. Once class and/or lowest eligible fare category are sold out, surcharges apply.
- Requests to amend airline routings may result in additional charges or withdrawal of the offer.

- Complimentary room upgrade from a Deluxe Beach Villa to a Beach Pool Villa or Overwater Pool Villa – based on customer preference and room availability
- Full-board meal plan at the resort
- Discounted return airport transfers by seaplane on a shared basis. Details of the transfers will be coordinated after booking confirmation.
- Additional resort activities and facilities may be available, and details can be confirmed upon check‑in at the property. Complimentary activities are valid for one time per stay, unless mentioned otherwise.

- If you have paid in full, 90% of the total booking value will be refunded.
- If only the 10% deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.
