        10% Deposit on Flight + Hotel packages Terms & Conditions
        1. Eligibility for Deposit Option
        • To confirm your booking with a deposit, your travel date must be more than 30 days prior to departure.
        • Bookings within 30 days of departure are not eligible for the deposit option and require full payment at the time of booking.

        2. Deposit Payment Methods

        • You may pay your deposit using:
        • Cash
        • Avios
        • A combination of Cash + Avios
        3. Balance Payment
        • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure to avoid cancellation. You will be sent 2 reminders. 
        • The balance payment can only be made in cash.
        4. Applicable Packages
        • Eligible bookings must be made online. 
        • The deposit option is currently available for:
        • Flight + Hotel packages 
        • Hotel-only packages  
        5. Amendment & Withdrawal Rights
        • QRH reserves the right to amend or withdraw this payment option at any time, and without prior notice.
        6. Cancellation & Refund
        • In case of cancellation, the 10% deposit is non refundable. If cancellation occurs after full payment has been made, standard booking cancellation policies will apply, and the deposit will remain non refundable.

        $0 deposit on Hotel bookings
        1. Eligibility for Deposit Option
        • To confirm your booking with a $0 deposit, your booking must include an eligible refundable hotel.
        • Bookings that do not meet the eligibility criteria require payment at the time of booking.

        2. Deposit Payment Methods

        • No payment is required at the time of booking when the $0 deposit option is selected.
        • To take advantage of this offer, select the deposit payment option at checkout and enter 0 in the payment amount field. This option is only available if the eligibility criteria are met.
        3. Balance Payment
        • The full booking balance is due 30 days prior to departure to avoid cancellation. You will be sent 2 reminders.
        • The balance payment can only be made in cash.
        4. Applicable Packages
        • Eligible bookings must be made online.
        • The $0 deposit option is currently available for hotel-only packages
        5. Amendment & Withdrawal Rights
        • QRH reserves the right to amend or withdraw this payment option at any time, and without prior notice.
        6. Cancellation & Refund
        • Standard booking cancellation and refund policies apply.
        • If the required balance is not paid by the due date, the booking may be cancelled.
