Mombasa Experiences

Explore Mombasa’s underwater sights and scuba dive or snorkel at the Mombasa Marine National Park. See the coral reef and mangroves through the crystal-clear waters beneath you as you swim, as you join eels, stingrays and seahorses in their natural habitat.

Take your family to see the variety of wildlife at Haller Park. This thriving nature reserve has giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, hippos, and over 160 species of birds.
Visit Wasini Island by Dhow and keep an eye out for the dolphins that swim by. There are also ancient Swahili villages situated around the small island’s coastal shrubs, making it this day’s  excursion a rich cultural experience too.
Mombasa is a great city for shopping, with shops and markets selling a variety of spices, wood carvings and masks, colourful sarongs and homemade sandals.
Mombasa’s calendar is full of events and festivals that you can time with your package holiday. Visit in November for traditional Kenyan dancing and music at the annual Mombasa Carnival in November, or watch the sporting greats at the triathlon in September.
