Bodrum holiday Packages

Bodrum is quite literally a town of two halves. The east has an excellent beach and is where most of the recent development has taken place. It’s here you’ll find some of the best hotels and accommodation, as well as family-friendly facilities and entertainment. The west half of the town is focused around the marina and has a more relaxed, laid-back feel, with exclusive shops and restaurants. Dominating both halves of the city is the imposing castle of St Peter, built by the Knights Hospitaller in the 15th century. Take a break and explore the dramatic history of the region in the castle’s museum, or make your way down to the marina and waterfront area for a lazy lunch in one of the many cafés.

Bodrum introduces you to the distinctive cuisine of the region. Indulge in authentic Turkish meze and fish dishes that are accompanied by fresh, tasty salad vegetables, or try a Turkish sweet pastry with your morning cup of coffee for a great start to your day. Holiday packages to Bodrum with Qatar Airways Holiday is an ideal opportunity to discover the best this destination has to offer.

  • When to visit

Bodrum's typical Mediterranean climate means you can head to this sunspot all year round. The summer months from May to September are the hottest and driest months with temperatures of around 30-34°C, so be aware as that this is also peak holiday season. If you prefer something cooler with smaller crowds, then visit in early spring when temperatures are still a very pleasant 18-22°C.
