- Sailings are available from January to March 2026. Black-out dates may apply based on availability.
- Passengers are eligible to earn Avios and Qpoints on all bookings, if they are Qatar Airways Privilege Club members. They may also use Cash + Avios to book.
- Infants below six months are not allowed to board.
- Guests under 21 years old must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or authorized person who is over 21.
- Passengers’ passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months.
- Bed arrangements (Twin bed or Queen bed) is upon availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Prices mentioned are per person, based on minimum two passengers travelling together.

- Cruise cancellation policy: cruise is non-refundable or amendable.

- Guests who do not board the cruise (classified as a “no show”) or leave before the end of the itinerary (“early departure”) will be charged 100% of the package cost. No refunds or partial reimbursements apply.
- We recommend having a valid Travel Insurance for your holidays. Onboard purchased insurance (Assist Card) is not considered travel insurance.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain and carry a valid passport along with other necessary travel documents including visas (multiple entry UAE visa for certain nationalities are required, please check and confirm prior to your travel), permits, vaccination certificates, travel insurance, etc. Qatar Airways Holidays will not be liable for any inconvenience, expense, loss or damage of any kind if incurred by the customer due to the failure of obtaining or producing such documents.
