   Quarantine Packages Terms and Conditions


  • All hotels offering ‘Quarantine Packages’ are exclusively reserved for Qatari Nationals, GCC Nationals, their travelling companions, those with a Permanent Resident Card or other exceptionally approved Visa holders and for non-Qatari National residents & QID holders authorized to return to Qatar for the mandated period of 7 day quarantine.
  • If instructed to extend stay by MOPH in the hotel beyond the mandated 7 quarantine period then the customer will be liable for any additional costs related to the extended stay in the hotel
  • Hotels are licensed based on adherence to governmental quarantine protocols: please refer to Qatar Clean for further information https://www.qatarclean.com.
  • Customers are strictly required to stay in their rooms.
  • Hotel facilities such as swimming pool, recreational areas, gym etc are not accessible to customers.
  • All other quarantine protocols are applicable.
  • Only Quarantine Packages are available for booking, which consist of:
    1. Hotel accommodation for the number of nights stated
    2. Airport to hotel transfers (Not applicable to land arrivals via Abu Samra border)
    3. Full Board
  • Special dietary requirements are to be communicated at hotel check-in.
  • Stay is valid for Qatari Nationals, GCC Nationals, their travelling companions, those with a Permanent Resident Card or other exceptionally approved Visa holders, QID holders and Personal Visit Permits with Exceptional Entry Permits for all arrivals.
  • Offer applicable to the selected room category and listed hotels only.
  • No discounts apply (promo or voucher codes).
  • Starting-from prices mentioned are based on minimum two guests staying together unless the offer states otherwise.
  • Price and availability of the hotel offers are subject to change without prior notice. Only one room type is available for booking as part of the “Quarantine Package”.
  • In order to redeem this offer it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the following information accurately, and to be able to produce the documents on request at any stage of travelling from your current destination to the hotel:
    1. Valid Qatari Passport or Qatar ID
    2. QID holders must have an approved Exceptional Entry Permit to return to Qatar, from Qatar Portal
    3. Hotel confirmation voucher as sent by Qatar Airways Holidays in partnership with Discover Qatar
    4. An outbound airline ticket can only be purchased after your Quarantine hotel has been purchased, where required. (Not applicable to land arrivals via Abu Samra border)
    5. There is a daily cap on arrivals; please do not make your travel plans until you have secured your QID return permit and then, if required, your hotel quarantine package. If you cannot see any availability on the website on your preferred day of travel then the daily cap has been reached. Please search for availability on another day.
    6. Amendments to quarantine bookings will not be possible, unless your flight is cancelled. The only exceptions will be under the circumstances above where the airline has cancelled your flight. All other bookings are subject to 100% cancellation.
  • Qatar Airways Holidays and Discover Qatar will not be liable for any inconvenience, expense, loss or damage of any kind if incurred by the customer due to the failure to provide accurate information at the time of booking, or failure to produce such documents when requested.
  • Luggage space is limited to one piece of checked in luggage and one piece of hand luggage per passenger. Increased luggage allowance is available to pre-book. If a customer has not pre-booked the correct amount of luggage allowance, they will be charged for the transfer of any additional luggage outside their allowance. (Not applicable to land arrivals via Abu Samra border)
  • If a guest is cleared to checkout early by the onsite medical team they can leave according to instructions but are entitled to stay for the duration of the paid package. Any customer staying 5 nights and above will not be eligible for a refund of any unused nights.
  • Refunds to be claimed within 6 months from the check out date.
  • Refunds may take up to 60 days to receive in exception to Discover Qatar & Qatar Airways Holidays General Terms and Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to change your pre-booked hotel to another hotel of the same star rating category.
  • Children aged 7 years and above are considered as adults.
  • Two adults and one child under 7 years can be accepted in one Double room.
  • Extra-bed or baby cot for children aged 0 to 6 are subject to availability at time of check in.
