Why have you cancelled my booking?

Due to the significant changes announced by the Ministry of Public Health, 80% of the bookings on our system no longer met requirements for entry into Qatar. We appreciate and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, but there was no other option available to us.

I am not travelling from one of the higher risk countries, why does this affect me?

Unfortunately this change has affected all existing bookings.

Will I receive my money back?

Yes, all bookings will receive a full refund. This will take up to 15 working days to process.

I have already booked my flight, what can I do?

You will need to re-book a quarantine hotel as soon as possible to ensure your chosen dates are available. If this is not possible, please speak to your airline to change your flight details.

When can I re-book a quarantine hotel?

If you are travelling from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines or Sri Lanka, please check here for availability.

Will the same hotel be available?

The same hotel may be available, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Will the same arrival dates be available?

You will need to re-book a quarantine hotel as soon as possible to ensure your chosen dates are available.

Will the hotels be the same price?

For 7 night quarantine, there will be no change to prices.

For 10 night quarantine, prices will reflect the additional 3 nights.

Why do I have to quarantine for 10 nights?

This is a requirement mandated by the Minister of Public Health for the State of Qatar for all arrivals from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka.

I have received both vaccines, can I still travel?

Yes you can still travel.

If you are travelling from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines or Sri Lanka then you will need to book a Welcome Home quarantine hotel. You will also need to take a PCR test no more than 48 hours before your flight departure.

If you are travelling from any other red zone country, the quarantine exemption rules still apply. Please read the FAQs here for details.
