"Overall all was excellent, first I appreciate your help and suggestions for the hotels, agent, and where to go there. From the flight as usual Qatar Airways is the best specially business class and the service 5 star experience.
As we arrived we meet by the agent representative which she does every things including check in at the hotel intercontinental which was very good hotel.
Next day we had been started early with our driver, he was very professional driver and guide, the car was very good for long drive and safari.
The hotels in the parks were very good except one thing, all of the hotels were without air conditioner maybe it’s a policy because in the parks I don’t know!! All the parks and reserves were so nice especially Maasai Mara it was magnificent.
Something for you to know the roads are not good roads specially the one go to Maasai Mara, there’s a choice of flights which I did from Maasai Mara back to Nairobi.
Overall was excellent experience and really something new.

"I have recently chosen Qatar Airways holiday package for my family trip to Armenia. Even though I have traveled by Qatar airways many times before, this was the first time we opted for a holiday package. And I am glad with the right choice made. My four year old daughter has been to 30 countries so far and my one year old, little daughter has already visited 20 countries. But I must say, this was the best holiday we ever had. Even though there were minor confusions in between, Mr.Anoop was quick to resolve it. And I must say , For my future travel needs, Anoop will be my first port of call. Thanks a lot Anoop. I have already recommended Qatar Airways holidays to all my friends & family.
I am also happy with the chosen destination - Armenia; the people were so hospitable and it made the visit to a beautiful country even more of an outstanding experience.
I would also like to express my thanks to your local travel partner at Armenia - Ms.Anika, even though we didn’t meet her in person, but was extra ordinary with the services provided by her. It’s very difficult to be professional and friendly at the same time being a tour operator. But Anika was awesome to deal with. She made sure we had the best time in Armenia. From the selection of hotels to the vehicles and drivers provided and the suggestions she provided in terms of selecting the restaurants and visits, everything was more than perfect for me and my family.
Last but not the least, the cabin crew... not only was there great and chatty welcome, but the inflight service was one among best we ever had; especially in the last leg of the journey from Doha-Muscat. My little one was crying for no reason and the attention we received from one of the crew, we felt it really genuine and special.

"We had a superb holiday. The organisation with the transport early on was all excellent, given we had a complicated set of arrival times. The final guide, Sugees, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and professional. A particular mention to the bus driver who negotiated some very difficult roads and traffic at times!
The hotels had good facilities. The rooms themselves, apart from the Cinnamon Grand in Colombo, were tired and in need of updating but the hotels all had a uniqueness about them in their design and location which was interesting and made up for it. The staff and food were good at the hotels.
The activities and trips were good and the time was well organised. The travel company you use in Sri Lanka seem to be very professional.
I look forward to seeing you again to arrange another holiday in the future!"

"Bali was really good – and has pushed the bar up once again. Both resorts were lovely, different in many ways and very relaxing. Maya Ubud; great setting, lovely staff. Very good and spacious interconnecting rooms. Only mention to the hotel itself would be – they have noisy gardeners cutting grass and trimming trees with petrol engined tools every day of the week which somewhat spoils the heavenly atmosphere – perhaps they should keep this to a couple of days a week and let customers know.
Finally all the transfers organised were seamless with lovely drivers and good vehicles. We did not have to pay any money on exiting the country at immigration.
I will surely be back to yourself for our next planned holiday. Many thanks once more"

Seeing penguins in Boulders Beach, taking photos of colourful beach huts of Muizenberg Beach, picturesque views of Chapman's Peak and the food were amazing. Our hotel was very convenient with Table Mountain views, and I'm glad we booked Hop On Hop Off bus tour as we got to see all the main Cape Town attractions"

“I just wanted to let you know that the Sofitel Hotel in Budpest was wonderful. So glad you picked that one. We upgraded to a Luxury suite which was great because we then had a wonderful view of the Danube. The hotel is in a wonderful location.
Your surprise of the Executive Suite at the Sheraton in Berlin got even better when we arrived. The hotel upgraded us to a larger suite with a sauna and a jacuzzi. Fabulous.”

The vacation was really nice and very well organised. The Indian travel agent called during the trip to see, if everything is going well, which I happily confirmed. This is really good customer care. All Hotels were nice and of acceptable standard. Crown Plaza Hotel (especially the food) and Zuri Resorts were the highlights of the trip besides the wonderful nature in Kerala region.
At the end of the trip we were all tired, so that we decided not to attend Paul's cooking (the kids had no wish) and the dance program in the evening, but to spent a relaxing afternoon at the pool in the Crown Plaza Hotel instead.
I really can recommend the tour to others.
Also the booking via your office was a good experience. In particular I liked that our special wishes / needs were considered by you in the tour planning.
