Tiburon Boat Ferry

Highlights / General details

Tiburon is a former railroad town that was the terminus of the Northwestern Pacific Railroad until 1963. Since then, it has been transformed into a charming seacoast village. Tiburon’s classic main street offers antique, wine, specialty shops, and more. Bring your bike along and leisurely tour the shoreline paths or physically challenge yourself by hiking nearby Mt. Tamalpais.

Blue and Gold Fleet has extended Tiburon and Sausalito Ferry service hours on Fridays during the months of May through October. This allows passengers to enjoy an evening out on either side of the bridge and then sail safety home. To subscribe to the Tiburon Commuter Notification Email List, please email with the email address at which you wish to receive updates.

Tiburon offers wonderful restaurants with outdoor seating and spectacular views of San Francisco. Whatever you choose to do in Tiburon, you’ll have a memorable and relaxing time.
