Highlights / General details
We start with a tour of world famous Stanley Park, riding along the waterfront on the Seawall as well as exploring little-known forest trails where we see old growth trees, tons of wildlife and unique rainforest plants. We then pass by English Bay and hop a small ferry over Granville Island Public Market. We take a 45 min break to find lunch at the market (on your own).
Next, we explore False Creek enjoying beautiful views of downtown framed by the North Shore Mountains. We get up-close with the future of “green Vancouver” at Olympic Village complex and Science World.
Finally, we go back in time to check out Vancouver’s Chinatown including a visit to Dr. Sun Yat Sen Chinese Park and Gastown, learning about the city’s humble beginnings as a logging outpost and Gassy Jack’s pub.
Frequent stops, photo-ops, and flat trails, and 95% riding on paths separated from traffic make this an enjoyable ride and our most popular tour!
