Hours of operation
Open 7 days a week with tours every half hour, the first tour starting at 9:00am, the last tour departing at 5:00pm.
Attraction will close at 2:00pm (the last tour departing at 1:00pm) on the Saturday, Sunday, and Monday proceeding Mardi Gras day.
Closed dates: Mardi Gras Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

We are located at 1380 Port of New Orleans Place, on the south end of the Convention Center; at the foot of Henderson Street, in the Central Business District.

Mardi Gras World FRENCH QUARTER Shuttle Stops:

There are no prearranged pick-ups, and the shuttle runs on a continuous loop.
If guests do not use our complimentary shuttle, the closest parking is available in Lot J across from our entrance. ($15.00/vehicle, owned by the convention center, subject to change).
Standard dress and comfortable walking shoes is recommended for this tour.
Children under the age of 2 are free of charge.
Children must be 2 years of age to 12 years inclusively.
Tour ticket is valid for 1 year from purchase.
Cancellation: 1 day prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.
7 days prior to Fat Tuesday, we cannot guarantee if the parade floats will be in the warehouse for the tour.
