Much of the estate is outdoors and walking is required. Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
When you present your voucher at the ticket window, you will receive a timed ticket indicating the time of your Mansion tour. You will be assigned the next available tour time.
Please note that in peak season (mid-March-May), you may experience a long wait before entering the Mansion. Your Mansion tour may also be abbreviated due to high-volume visitation.
